Project description.: I built an end-to-end competitor price monitoring system for chicken floss products across Indonesia’s top marketplaces: Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada. Using Python, I developed automated scrapers to extract product prices and intelligently detect product weight (100g, 250g, 1kg, etc.) from product titles. The processed data was transformed into fair price metrics (price per gram) and visualized in an interactive dashboard, enabling apple-to-apple price comparison, value analysis, and data-driven pricing strategy decisions.
